Email servers will accept data from most addresses. So if you know how to talk in SMTP and your ISP doesn't block the port, it is fairly easy to spoof the sender's address. *wink*

Of course you could simply make a new free email account.

Just keep in mind that whichever way you go, it is reasonably feasible to trace back to where it was sent from!

you can hide yourself by creating a random email address using yahoo, or hotmail, or the like...
