You also might have to download drivers so your computer recognizes your phone. A way to tell is if it starts charging when you plug it in to your computer. You can download the software to that that dude said was $30. Mobile Edit is a good program.

Well you have completed the first task but you also need to install the software that utilizes the phone. Such as Mobile Phone tools as well as other software out there. You can check out www.howardforums.com which has alot of useful information on how to do certain things with the phone. It takes time to learn but its pretty cool when you do and apply it cause you can pretty much do the same things to other phones.

You have to buy software for it. You cant just plug it in and go. the software costs about $30.
