This question is for woman 30 and older have you had the essure sterilization method done.?

I am concidering this sterlization method so i wanted to know what i can expect from the paients point of view.

I wanted this procedure done but my Dr talked me out of it. He recommended the Mirena IUD instead. So far I'm very happy he did. No PMS, no cramps and very light periods.
