It was probably made of a lot more than nails. Chicken McNuggets are said to contain ALL parts of a chicken (like beak, feet, comb), totally pulverized then reconstituted and pushed into "nugget" molds. Heaven only knows what's in any of that "fast" (as they're pulling a fast one on the consumer) food!
But...if it makes you happy....(I don't have to eat it!)...

Nails? Like finger nails or Tool nails? Once my friend found a rubber glove in his salad from olive garden, only he didn't think it was a glove when he saw it, because he could only see one finger... EW. Anyway, McDonald's always gets the order wrong... but this is a new level of wrong...
