Since you have already decided to go with hormone supplementation, the best thing to do is to talk with your gym's bodybuilders - there are always at least a few in every gym. They MAY tell you about the beans etc...maybe not. Steroids can be bad with higher than mormal dosages over a long time...especially the oral ones. If you use them keep really good records of times, dosages, types of drug used etc. these will be useful in your workout schedule and also in case you have some bad reaction and need to see a doctor. The answers to your posting has given you all the bad side effects, but whether or not you get none, some or all of them is up to your genetics and the amount and duration you take hormones. Be careful...

make sure you take something thats more anabolic then androgenic- they are all anabolics ,yes, but the more androgenic something is the more likley you'll develop nasty side effects.Androgenic means that it'll spike up your testosterone levels the most, these are the strongest and with the most side effects.Anabolics increase protein systhisis directly and have less effects on overall testosterone levels, they are also not as strong though. But the gains are harder and leaner tissue as opposed to the bloat and sheer size of the pure androgenic compounds.Deca Durabolin is a good starter anabolic.Winstrol V is good as well, but it's used on race horses.Stay away from Dianabol ,it's the strongest androgenic and it can hurt you - you'll most likely get the most gains but it's really addicting menatlly..you'll just want more and more.Either way, too much or either is really bad.it'll shut down your normal hormone levels,it'll mess up the ratio and you'll have major issues;zits, shrinking nuts, hair loss, impotence, roid rage and it'll turn you into a homo because it'll up your estrogen too high and you'll also have boobies.

Firstly, Why?

If you must, do so only under a competent doctor's advice as side effects can be horrendous.
Radical emotional change -- "Roid rage" -- can occur, genital shrinkage, COMPLETE loss of libido, lethargy and dramatic weight gain can result if used without independent monitoring.

When used -- often illicitly -- by athletes, it does NOT provide increased musculature mass independent of gruelling exercise. Rather it promotes marginally quicker body repair recovery to injury by stimulating white blood cell production.
Use VERY cautiously on doctors advice.

steroids can be very dangerous if you dont know wat u are doing. VERY DANGEROUS. Using steroid under a train professor can actually improve ones health though. It can make ur over all health alot better. Taking it in cycles and going thru the correct procedures. I suggest you dont do steroid unless it is under a doctor or trained professional.

Heart attacks, strokes, liver tumours, kidney failure, psychiatric issues, shrinking of the testicles, reduced sperm count, development of breasts, increased risk of prostate cancer, hepatitis, male pattern baldness, high blood pressure, liver cancer, acne, oily scalp, jaundice, rage, aggression, mania, delusions.....

... but, hey... at least you'll look buff... maybe. So long as the guy you buy your stuff off of doesn't burn you and sell you garbage. Then you really don't know what you're getting. Funny thing about 'roid dealers... they always seems to be the same guys selling heroin or coke... Classy people.
