Been trying to get child support for 12 years, he keeps changing jobs and his mother always says"He doesn't live here", everytime we track him down to serve papers. How can a man go through life and never use his s.s.#, address, name, or whatever else one needs to function? He has to be stopped! I tried just about everything you can think of. Does anyone know a secret to catch him?

You need to have him pay through the court system. They will enforce it and eventually put him in jail if he does'nt pay or continues to use fake SS#, address etc. You can and should seek help through the state. If you have a court order you can go back to court or have the state prosecutors office go after him.
They have the knowledge and experience needed to put an end to this for you. Good luck.

Hell, turn him in to the IRS...you may not get any money, but it would be worth it...he obviously is taking money under the table, the IRS will investigate, and if they get any money, you get a 10% reward of the money they collect. I would do it in a heartbeat..he deserves it ... go for it. I hope you have his SS number....phone it in, or write a letter. Sic them on him...they are relentless.
