Can you really be that narrow-minded, abussive and fascist? The people are allowed to vote their conscience. YOU don't get to dictate how I vote, nor how I think and feel. Recognize.

I doubt if it was a fair and honest election - but I'm afraid the Americans are naive and apparently don't know the meaning of once bitten twice shy!!! Now they've had two stupid George Bush presidents there surely couldn't be a third!!! Neither one ever finished what he started.

The American people NEVER vote in a President. Yes, they vote for the candidate, but the Electrol College chooses the President based on how many electoral votes their particular state has.
In the first election, the Supreme Court is the one who chose Shrub(common nickname for Bush) as President. Bush didn't even have the majority of popular vote. He never WON the first election.
In the 2nd election the electoral college chose him to be President because there were more electoral votes for him.
I think this man is evil.

The GOP lied to the Religious Right wing and pretended they were all holier than thou to their face, but behind their back called them all sorts of dirty names.
Much of the South is what is referred to as "The Bible Belt," and they are fooled by Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell.
Well, these guys were totally in love with George Walker Bush because he claimed to be a born again Christian while not being a Christian at all.
Pat Robertson & Jerry Falwell told all the pastors that if they would promote the Republicans that they would get big buck$ from George W. Bush.
At the Assembly of God church where I attended the pastor told the congregation that if George W. Bush didn't get re-elected the homo-sexuals would take over America.
These are two cards that the Republicans used.
1. the religious right wing card &
2. the anti-gay card
Then they played even one more card.
3. the "tough on terrorists" card,
and the foolish Republicans fell over themselves getting to the polls to cast their votes for the Nazi, George Walker Bush.

I do not believe so. In recent years, there has been a lot of media coverage on the faultiness of these computerized touchscreen voting machines. These machines steal elections folks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UvEuqYyDoE&search=Diebold
The machines are produced by companies like DieBold which have many senators and other politicians on their boards.
They have been proven to flip the vote 51% 49%.
Katherine Harris (FL Secretary of State in 2000) certified the results giving Bush all (26 I believe) electoral votes. She was rewarded with a seat on the US Congress.

Look at the facts, whats the deficit compared to two years ago? We have more FULL time jobs than the Clinton admin had during the dot.com boom. I DO suggest a great read though....you will like it and learn alot about things over in Iraq, Now, and then.
Have a nice day
The insurgency is going to be pumped up due to November elections in a vain attempt to try and get American support against the war. But we can see whats happening daily. The insurgency, however, is aimed mainly at innocent people, like today, with the kidnapping of teenagers, and children, and killing of innocent people trying to run a press station>>> (of ALL sects of religion within that country-that were killed within this press related killing)-which will only deepen not only the peoples of iraqs resentment at their freedoms, and safety being taken away, remember their Vice president has already lost three siblings-BUT-from VERY good sources, the total of iraqi deaths stands at about 50,000....but still, how? And by whom? The peace that will be given effort at maintaining in Iraq, and building infrastructure and economy will only pick up, enliven, and excite, not only the iraqi people to keep standing up for a MUCH better life than they had under Saddams reign, but also, Iran, we will leave alone (outside of fighting off sent terrorists of the innocent, that they wish to control)-and soon too, it is my belief, and an Irani friend of mines, that the younger irani generation will want the same growth and freedoms that will slowly but surely seep into Iraq.
Also, an extremely good book to find out what is REALLY going on over there, and was, is "See No Evil" by Robert Baer....ex CIA

You know... in the first election (between Gore and Bush), I was really torn between the two. Bush was more charismatic, obviously, but generally I support socially progressive legislature so Gore was my man. That election was really too close to call. (I wanted a strong third party candidate.)
After the election was over, Bush leaned way conservative to support his "base" and I was completely turned off. No sex education, no condom education allowed in our government's attempts to address AIDS in Africa, no apology for a spy plane that we flew over China. Unilateral was a big issue. Then 9/11 came and the whole country stood behind him, and then anyone who questioned the "infallible" president was a traitor.
Then another election... and surprise, surprise... the country is more divided than EVER over party line. It's inane.

Well, most of them didn't vote for him. BUT, of the people who actually voted, most of them voted for him. I guess that's about as fair as you can get.
Was it an honest election? Well, this is politics.

No, he cheated in both elections, there is still plenty of doubt among many if there was a fair, honest election.

Yep, and the people in the red states who had his back are the ones that got screwed the worst by him. He isn't the right man for the job, and it's very obvious now regardless of peoples' personal feelings about him.
