First, I'd figure out why the earth was going to end, then I'd do whatever I could to ensure my continued survival after the decimation of earth.

Nothing out of the ordinary. What would be the point? And maybe it wouldn't. I'd stick till the bitter end to find out the rest of the story, with hope in my heart but, acceptance in any event.

Interestingly, according to God's word the Bible, the world or the earth and it's laws are going to end, meaning "this system of things" World events from 1914 onward confirm that understanding based on Bible chronology is correct. Jesus himself said that “the conclusion of the system of things” would be marked by wars, famines, and pestilences. (Matthew 24:3-8; Revelation 6:2-8)

In 1914 Jesus took up his royal power and began ruling as God’s appointed King. The Bible describes the event in symbolic language: “And [God’s heavenly organization] gave birth to a son, a male, [God’s Kingdom in the hands of Jesus Christ] who is to shepherd all the nations with an iron rod.”—Revelation 12:5. God's Kingdom will rule from the heavens, with Jesus Christ as its King. No more man made governments or laws.

Today, We live in a time of extremely fast changes, which end up causing anxiety and stress at levels never before seen in mankind’s history.” Therefore, since I have faith in Bible prophecy, and it will ALL COME TRUE, then let me answer your question as to "What would "I"do if the earth was going to end in one week?"

My love for Love for God will prevent me from becoming attached to this world because of its allurements. In view of what is in store for the present system of things, it is dangerous for me to become enamored by the glitter and glamour of the worldly, hedonistic way of life. Although living and working in the world, I will heed the wise counsel not to use the world to the full. (1 Corinthians 7:31)

In fact, I must do our best to guard against being misled by the world’s propaganda. This world will not succeed in working out solutions to its problems. It will not keep on sustaining itself indefinitely. Why can I be so sure?

Because the inspired Word of God says so: “The world is passing away and so is its desire, but he that does the will of God remains forever.”—1 John 2:17.

In view of what God's word says, I will continue to do the will of God!

I doubt that all laws would be thrown out, that would cause mass murders.
But I would be praying.
