if you mean s(t) = √(t² + 2t + 8), then
s'(t) = 1/(2√(t² + 2t +8))*(2t + 2) = (t+1)/√(t² + 2t + 8).

if you mean something else by "t^t.2t+8", you need to rethink your notation.

Are you sure you have the function written correctly? Should that be square root of (t^2 + 2t + 8)?
