I don't know if you mean a vaginal yeast infection but if you do, it's pretty common to get as a side effect of antibiotics. It can be treated with over the counter medications or a single oral medication prescribed by your doctor. The signs and symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection is extreme itching, white purulent discharge, and a foul odor. Wearing tight fitting clothing can also be a disadvantage to women prone to this as it doesn't allow enough air to breathe. Also yogurt is good to fight the bacteria. Edit: Over the counter medications are vaginal creams or suppositories.

that's a baceterial infection, not yeast like somebody else suggested...

take some anti-biotic gel like metrogel and put it inside you. can get it from a doc only.

i've have bacterial vaginosis before. taking probiotics like acidopholis helps prevent them.

you usually get it due to a change in birth control, or just starting it. it is not a yeast infection and can be treated with antibotics
