You need to have sex BEFORE you ovulate... those swimmers will stay there for 48-72 hours. Time it just prior to ovulation, and then just go crazy nuts with the love-making all vacation. If you're worried about time zone changes, your body isn't aware of that. You need to go by your usual time. So, if you're in CA and you travel to NY, the three hours isn't going to make a difference. Just make sure your body stays hydrated with all the flying! Take some Airbourne to keep from getting ill, and you will really enjoy that away time. ;)

Life will find a way!
But stress hinders life.
So go for it, enjoy your time together as if you were on your honeymoon and madly and passionately in love for the first time.
Quit worrying about the ovulation, enjoy that hunk of yours and have fun!!!

Just make sure that you're not travelling close to your expectant date. Most travel insurance policies will not cover you if you give birth while on vacation.

I wouldn't think so, don't have sex on the plane though-- it is illegal and probably pretty difficult.
