yogurt or icecream?
well, they are both nutritous so
which one do you like most?

i'm lactose intolerant but when I am willing to suffer I always choose ice cream. Yogurt is far better for you, especially the one with the active cultures. Helps keep your digestive tract healthy. But ice cream comes in so many different flavors that it is definitely the best!

Yogurt is suppose to be good for you, but I prefer ice cream better cause it taste sweet if you get the right flavor you like. I don't know if they make a diet ice cream like they do yogurt.

I made yogurt in a Biology class one time. I just can't seem to eat it now. I love ice cream - especially peanut butter ripple!

sorry if this offends you but frozen yogurt is amazing and it's much more healthier than ice cream but not as healthy as yogurt

if i had a choice I would choose yogurt because it has less fat, although I really do enjoy ice cream =)
