A "tool girl." Like from Tool Time. With some workboots, a denim jumper or skirt and plaid shirt with a tool belt and work hat. That would be really cute!

I dressed up as Dorothea when I was around your age. My friends and I like to do group things, so they were other Wizard of Oz characters. The dress was probably the only expensive thing--around 30 dollars. I bought plain black heels, spray glue, red glitter (all three for the ruby slippers), baby blue socks (the kind you have to fold over the ankle.), and blue hair ribbon all from Wal-Mart. I already had a little wicker basket and a little Yorkie puppy whose coat was still nearly black. I curled my hair and put it in loose pigtails. It worked out nicely. :)
When I was 15 or 16 my friends and I were Disney Princesses, I was Belle. The costume was easy because I had a friend who just happened to have an old tacky pouffe yellow bride's maids dress.
When I was 17 , We all dressed like Phantom of the Opera Characters. I was Christine... pretty much the same story as the Belle costume, except this was an old prom dress from my choir conductor. haha.
Thing is, I have big dark brown eyes, and long brown hair, so I always get characters that I sort of look like. I'm not complaining, I love it! Be creative, love! If your friends are up for it, y'all should do something together.

I am planning on being an 80's girl. The only thing is, you might have to buy some of the parts to the outfit. If you are looking for ideas of what people dressed like i the 80's, here is a website...

Well I get what your saying. My suggestions are you can be an egyptian mummy princess, have tored up cloth and a crown and there you go. Other ideas are you can be a chief. Borrow one of ur moms aprions and buy a paper hat the chefs wear. Those are my ideas.
