You need to increase your memory on settings and advanced .I had to increase memory because I have too many files. If you don't have then just defrag and clear cache on history

things that will help:
Keeping PC defragged, and running CCleaner (free from filehippo.com ) this utility really works fast i use it all day long.defragging every 4 hours works great also,really helps with speed.if done this often it takes about 2 minutes.if you have neglected doing it. It will take awhile the 1st time.

you can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526kb or higher,click apply then ok.
