At first glance it has to be NASTY TEETH (I mean rotten green teeth), greasy hair (he doesn't bathe REGULARLY), extreme foul mouth and acts like a dime store hood or a punk. As a person turn offs would be jobless, lies frequently, watches other women or TOUCHES THEM !!, low morals, violent, a bum or arrogant.
He does not have to be gorgeous or extremely handsome, rich or muscular. Just a nice, polite, clean, working guy who still loves his mother & treats me good!

Lots of things..
I'd say..their insensitivity, thoughtlessness...
Their having an attitude, or an ego thing going on. The mind games they could play (some people intentionally push buttons to see the reaction). Their sarcasm. Not being good listeners....or being overly inquisitive and putting the other under pressure. Their talking constantly bout some past relationship...., not being very expressive about how they really feel, being too guarded, not taking the initiative to plan dates....., expecting the girl to always pay her share, not showing an interest in the others' dreams and goals and just being superficial..., not complimenting, flirting and gettin friendly with other girls in the dates presence....
etc etc etc....
As you can see....I am still single....

when the guy complains to much and acts immature WAY to much. (sometimes is okay) oh and when they dont brush their teeth.
