there is something on google, and http://www.metacrawler.com also has something, i think.

If they have Yahoo email account, you can search for them for free. Go to http://members.yahoo.com/interests?, enter their first and last name. If they have another account setup and you want to check their records or backgrounds further, you can try http://www.intelius.com/. Goodluck!
