No ,you would be ok. Beats according to minute are counted musically by using a METRONOME . no rely if it extremely is 60 that's on beat according to 2d.you're able to do this with a watch or by using slowly counting onethousandone,onethousandtwo,onethousan... etc. a beat of a hundred and twenty is two beats according to minute so clap two times a 2d etc. you may come on the edge of any set velocity by using slowing down or rushing up from 60 or a hundred and twenty.
