What OS are you running Win XP? What anti-virus, anti-spy-ware and/or other anti-malware programs are you running?
We sort of NEED this info in order to be able to help you PROPERLY...........
In the mean time, UPDATE and RUN all your anti-malware progs. If you don't have any then go to http://www.download.com and get Avast Anti-virus, Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware by Lavasoft. Install them, UPDATE them and RUN them.

if it is a JPG, it is more than likely album art and you can just ignore it. Most things like that are to small to make a difference or take up alot of missed space so i wouldnt worry about it, if its undeletable.

first things first before you do anything else run a virus check on your computer and your spy wear,make sure your pop up blocker is on then try again if nothing works call your tech support line and go on line with a tech and show them the file your talking about

it must be some kind of adware, spyware, trojan or a virus..
run a virus scan software such as Norton, McAfee, NOD32
run a addware/spyware removal program such as spybot se or ad-aware (both are free n powerful)
