We're going on a school trip for three days..... I'm gonna have to share rooms with 4 girls,meaning I'll have to change in front of them and they're obviously gonna see my cuts (I have them on my arms) WHAT CAN I DO???

I wear long sleeves all the time to hide the cuts from arm to wrist. However, if I'm with friends, I don't bother to hide. Learn to laugh it off when someone gets curious and say it was silly mistake you made once upon a time. I stopped cutting 6 yrs ago.

You could start by not cutting yourself anymore. Or maybe if you know these girls well you can tell them about your problems and they could help you sort them out or find some other method to deal with them. Eventually someone will see them. You should probably confine in someone before you hurt yourself badly. I hope you quit and things get better! :)

you don't have to change in front of them at all. use the bathroom if you are in a cabin or if there are shower rooms.you know by posting this question you are going to get opinions and advise about why you cut yourself to begin with. right? well i wont be one of them.

i used to cut, and go too deep once and almost died, so i dont condone cutting, but if you wanna hide it, you can tell the girls that you arent comfortable getting undressed around others, and dress in the bathroom, or alone in the room when they leave.

you probably don't want preaching right now, but i used to cut, and i realized that it just never did any good. i don't anymore, and i'm proud. if you really have an addiction to it, to hide them i would say just go with long sleeve shirts and bracelets and stuff.

put on makeup or wear a longsleev undershirt, if all else fails wrap gauze or a bandage around your arms and say you spilled hot grease or something on them

honestly i was 1 too best thing dont get dressed around them wait for them to leave or take a long sleve shirt an put it on an put the one u want to wear over it an take off the long sleve shirt dats wat i did
