considering that i have all the proper lab equipement...i want ideas not whether or not if its really hard...

The principle of RNAi is quite simple. However it requires sterile techiques that are not usually found in high school labs. All it involves would be delivering the siRNA probably via a phage virus into the cell, and then performing asssays for proetein expression. RNAi is actually relatively expensive and so you won't be doing this in a high school lab for a while.....

my method is simple and easy

1. set your microwave to 10 minutes
2. punch through the protective metal screen on the door
3. observe as the microwaves slowly tear through the DNA and RNA and record your observations until the 10 minutes have elapsed

Warning: wrap a cloth on your hand when you punch through the screen

You could explain how RNA is used in the cell to keep it alive. Hint:I highly suggest you use pictures to backup your explainations.
