First of all, where do you get the idea that America was bluffing N Korea ? What kind of bluff was made ? So far as I know all our dealings with North Korea was straight out, there was no bluffing on our side.
What will the US do ? Korea has broken their promise to not attempt to build an atomic bomb if we would send them tons and tons of food and oil. We have been feeding them while they were doing exactly what our contract with them prohibited.
Now that they have proven themselves liars, all that we can do legally is to slap sanctions on them. So far as their "bomb" is concerned, we can't do much at this stage. If they use their toy bomb, they know that we have hundreds of the biggest and latest, with the means of putting them right where we want them.
Kim may not be a big brain, but he does have some intelligence. He loves to swagger and talk big, but he knows his limited capabilities.
