If you mean 'Young At Heart' - The Bluebells, an English group. This was originally a number 8 chart hit in the UK in 1984, but after being used in a TV commercial, became a hit again and reached number 1 in 1993. Frank Sinatra also had a hit in 1954 with a song of the same title.
