The bleach "stain" is actually the absence of "stain" or color. The bleach as taken some of the "beige" out of the carpet. I think the only way to correct this is to get all the bleach residue out and restain the carpet. This is hard to do in spots and get a match so I think I would opt for replacing that piece of carpet. If you have any left over that matches possibly a carpet store installer could come to your house and create a patch and heat-fuse it into place. They can get a very good patch where you can't even see where the patch is. This is the kind of thing they do to seam the carpet at doorways, etc.

Bleach doesn't stain--it removes the color. All you can do is try to dye the bleach spot or get a new carpet.

the bleach did not stain the carpet. bleach takes away color, doesnt leave color.

You cannot! Damage is done. Perhaps spot dying the stain with a colored marker?
