With N Korea Red govt's alleged nuke test, what's the chance that surrounding non-nuke contries will convert to nuke country?

Are the chance still very very slim for Asian countries such as S Korean and Japan that are under heavy U.S. military influence?

No. Japan will go nuclear if NK isn't taken in hand. It's one of the reasons China is eager for NK stand down as well.

if they actually build a nuclear device that they can deliver beyond a donkey cart..it is inevitable that the region will become this way..i'm sure at those talks the us. told china exactly that..it isn't in anyones best interest to get the bomb in that region..i'm sure we have a sub or two within striking distance of them at all times,you just don't hear about it but china and other countries know they are there as a deterrent

Nuke arms are spreading at an alarming rate. It is very sad, and this world gets more dangerous everyday.

Don't kid yourself, anywhere the USA, Russia, or China is, that is a Nuclear nation.
