my friends are always wondering how old do you have to be to where a bra? Can you please help my friends.

I remember getting something called a, "training bra" ... it kind of helped most of the girls fit in during the changes ... (around age 10 -13 I think?).

How old you are has nothing to do with when you need to start wearing a bra. When you start to see changes in your breasts, which happens at different ages for everyone then you should start wearing one. This is something they should ask all the women in their family, because usually female family menbers develope around the same age. This will also send them down memory lane and they can all share their stories with you!

You can start wearing a bra anytime. I think the first time anyone cares is when you have to change for gym. Otherwise I see no other reason.

There is no age minimum to wearing a bra. When you start to develop breasts, that's when you need to start checking out bras.

It is not determined by age it is determined by development. Some develop earlier than others hence needing to wear a bra earlier than others.

Its best to use a bra when ur chest has started to devolp, it doesent matter what age u are.

everyones different and develops at different times your friends should where a bra when they stsart to develop breasts you can tell because you'll feel lumps.

bras don't come with age - they come with size. don't rush to wear them trust me - they aren't as fun as they seem ; )
