At a lot of companies now, before you can speak to a person you have to answer questions from a computer!!! How irritating is that!!?? What has happened to customer service?

Yes, of course it sucks. Imagine the operator had to come on and personally place a call for you every time, just a few decades ago!

It was supposed to save time, but it takes 10 times longer and its so frustrating AARRGGGGG!!!!! the only thing worse is a person who barely speaks English, who doesn't understand a word you are saying and who the hell knows what they are saying.

It's very annoying sometimes. Try dialing around them by using the list on gethuman.

Today I called to complain about a bus, and I was on hold for

a half hour TWO DIFFERENT TIMES> screw them.

if you hit zero to the answers they want then it will put you over to a person. you have to hit zero up until they put you over.
