No you can not go to jail if you watch porn or lie about your age.
Your problem can come from your parents if they ever find out that you watch porn on your computer.
I don't watch porn on my pc as it will only infect your computer with all kinds of dangerous trojans that will destroy your entire system not to mention steal all of your data.
Always thought that you have to pay for porn as it is not free. Hope that you are not using your parents credit card. Because if you are you better own up confess to them for the following reasons.
1. You are running of their credit card and they will find out for sure when they get the bill.
2), the odds are that their credit card # has already been stolen from one of these porn sites an is being used by criminals.
So in reality you are doing great harm to your parents. As for you being under 18 years old, this is not good for your mind. Don't feel that a minor is mature enough to see porn as an abuse of the rights of women. Although the women who perform in these movies have no respect for themselves. They are more concerned about the money they make.
One thing that I will tell you that I have had patients from time to time who watched alot of porn and became a serial rapist, just from watching men abuse women.
Now they are in a mental hospital for the criminal insane.
If you really want to watch porn, you should wait until you are atleast 18 or over so that I hope you will put what you see in a good prospective and not in a negative prospective that will cause you harm in your later life to your mental well being.
About your HDD, I don't believe there is any software that will clean your HDD, as claimed. Actually I just read yesterday from http://wwwzdnet.com That the only sure way to destroy the data on a HDD, so that no data can ever be recovered is to take a hammer and beat it to death.

Honestly your post is kind of cute I guess in I wonder how old you are sort of way. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to watch porn but keeping that in mind nobody (as far as I've seen), especially guys, obeys that particular law and I doubt the punishment is very high for it. The real people you have to worry about is your parents finding out. In some cases parents don't care or a dad might not care, but those are rare situations indeed. Parents don't like the idea of their kids watching porn because it means they want to become sexually active which is obviously worrisome for them. I mentioned the rarity of a dad not minding as guys generally being considered the hornier/more hormone driven gender will sometimes find understanding with their dad, but I wouldn't go telling him. I can't very well go advising someone under the legal age to watch porn especially not knowing your age...but I can say that deleting your internet history is smart in avoiding being caught if you use a family computer or if your parents have access to your internet enabled device. If you delete all your internet history though it can seem suspicious so you might want to delete only the adult sites and leave the normal sites like Facebook still in your internet history as parents are getting smarter in this internet age. Of course I'm just saying that if you were to look up this stuff that's what I'd do I'm definitely not advising you to do it.

Well, if you are accessing it via websites, then you can erase your tracks by clearing cache, cookies and history under tools>internet options. By the way, who will find you? The authorities? Unless you have it saved in your computer or your hard drive then you are in for a very big trouble. Don't worry you won't go to jail by watching porn but certainly your conscience will haunt you for the rest of your life. Next time, don't watch it while your kid sister or someone else might see you, okay?

I don't think the police will bother you unless you watch kiddy porn. They have more important things to do than look for under age kids visiting porn sites. The answers before mine were good so I won't repeat them.
If I were you I would stop watching porn. Over time it can make sex with a real woman seem boring. Also, if you watch enough of it, you can actually become addicted to it.

who exactly are 'they'? the internet police? not likely!
i would say at least 70% of pcs have some kind of porn on them.
the only time you will get hunted down is if you are searching online for child porn or snuff movies and then you deserve everything you get. nobody is going to monitor what you download at home exept others that use your pc. other networks such as the office will be monitored and reported.
if you want to delete it then find it, delete it, empty your recycle bin, then delete your temorary internet files via explorer or by right clicking on the drive you use and select disk cleanup. after it searches, tick all the boxes and go ok.
as for jail, i dont think that will ever happen,- unless you live in america- well, they throw kids in jail for life just for smoking a reefer, hell, if they catch you looking at your teacher funny they might start a war with some small peaceful nation to make it right.

I don't know but I don't think that you can go to jail for porn (even if you are under 18). I mean it would be...well maybe illegal if you bought at like the movie gallory because you do have to be 18 to rent them, and maybe it is illegal because you do also have to be 18 to even look at it on the internet, that much I do know, but do not ask how I know...

I dont think their after small time crooks like underaged porn viewers but it may interest you that mom or dad will eventually find out what you are doin! I am SURE that they will be takin the old PC into the shop too because everytime you visit a porn site it infects your PC with spyware, adware, and porn popups! If you are on dialup I would REALLY be worried when the phone bill comes!

This will only happen if someone files a complain. If you haven't been too excessive and stop NOW, time will go by and if you're lucky the logs will get deleted without anyone knowing.

haha well ive been on porn for 4 years and nothing has ever happened to me so i think you'l be okay man just dont worry about it.. how can you get put in jail for porn lol only if its kiddie porn
