Someone should be made to answer the hard questions in a UK court of law. But that is not going to happen seeing that the US military has refused to co-operate with the current investigation and has even gone as far as losing key evidence of the missing 15 minutes of the video that the US military were recording at the time of Terry Lloyd's death. There have been a lot of journalists killed in Iraq by the American Army but their own investigations state that no one was to blame. The USA will never recognise the judgements of the courts of other countries because that would be unpopular with the American voting public.
