I'm 13
and I've seen several people suggest this to other people
and I thought it was cute.
But I would like ideas for what the costume would look like.
And what exactly should I wear?

Well I have a really cute idea! If you have a cute little body...you could wear a little dark blue pleated mini skirt and a white man tailored shirt. If you are comphy with showing off your stomach tied it up in a knot a little ways up..and adorn that on your feet with cute black pumps. I think the hats are a little dorky myself...but you could do a pony tail....or pig tails....

You should get a white sailor suit with buttons down the middle. Then get white shoes and a blue scarf for a tie. Get a sailor hat with blue lining so your outfit matches. Get a little fake or real dog to come with you if it fits your outfit.
That is a great idea for Halloween!

Add a little makeup and something to resemble algae and be a sailor from a sunken ship. Or look up pirates and dress as a pirate.

No way, I am thinking of a white skirt/shirt combo (you know those one piece's i am talking about?). I think a sailor hat would only be appropriate. White or black shoes. Anything white and blue would look real cute.

if you are by a military base, go to the local military surplus store and by a uniform, head gear, boots, and there you have your costume,
if you know someone who is in the Navy ask them if you can barrow an uniform.
