Is it in the morning? Eat a breakfast with protein, like eggs. Avoid greasy foods with a lot of carbohydrates (that will make you sleepy and lethargic) like, hash browns. Drink juice and eat fruit. Know how much food you need to eat to avoid getting hungry during the test (time yourself if you have time before the test, by eating a "sample" meal and seeing how long afterwards it takes for you to get hungry -- hunger is distracting and weakens your mental stamina. If the test is tomorrow and you don't have time to try that, I recommend eating an egg or two with toast and maybe a little cereal (for variety) and some fruit. If you normally drink coffee, drink coffee -- but if it's not part of your normal diet, don't try it now. Have some juice and just relax. Good luck!

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Whatever you do don't eat a lot of sugar... like pancakes, or a sweet muffin... all by itself. It will give you a false sense of energy. It will give you like an extreme rush of energy but then you will get an extreme low. SOOOO.... eat like bacon, sausage, eggs something like that. Some good protein food!!! Even if that means you eat leftovers from the night before. Make sure you do have some starches like toast. Another thing that gives me great energy all day long is fruit... and any kind really. Whatever you do don't eat too much sugar and make sure you are comfortably full!!! Good luck on your SATS!!!

Have a good breakfast. Research also shows that drinking water (not cold water) can get brain chemicals flowing. Also, suck on peppermints during the test - that's what we give our students during standardized tests.

Eat a good breakfast but go light on the sugar. Also, they say that you can bring snacks and beverages with you for the breaks--again try to go for healthy and avoid the sugar.
