Help!!!!!!!!?

Ok, theres this guy in my school. HE WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE! he says weird things to me and bothers me a lot during gym. Basically everyday. Why does he do it and what can i do to get him to stop? I've told him to leave me alone, i've gone to the guidance counselor, and i've ignored him and nothing work. he started bothering me in 7th grade! please help it really bothers me

teachers don't do anything at my school. Neither does the principal. There just there so they can scare us and give us a massive amount of homework. i've told my mom about it and she just thinkgs he likes me.

i've gone to the guidance counselor and she does nothing. its not like im scared of the kid. he thinks hes "gangstar" i just want him to leave me alone

something he said to me once was to his friend he said
"Me and ******* do it in the back of a car" and im like i would never do that with you. i know he was talking to me because he said my last name and was pointing at me

if my older brothers knew what he said to me that time, they would sure enough break his kneecaps

My guidance counselor does NOTHING! i went to her last year and told her what he does and she does NOTHING!

Start doing it back to him, but twice as hard. If you ignore him, he will only try harder to get a reacion out of you. So say weird things back, like "I had a dream about pushing you into a volcano last night" or "My farts talk more sense than you do". While in gym when he messes with you, cause a scene - get loud so that others notice, and he may be too embarassed to keep it up!

and what does the guidance office have to say about this? if they were no help maybe you should go to the principle. and if you have no luck there, then i suggest that you talk to your parents and tell them what he is saying and that you went to the school officials. maybe your parents can get the school to do more. and you said he says weird things to you, like?? you need to be careful !!! if all else fails and you are afraid of this kid go to the police. if he is just being annoying then a talk with the school should do the trick.

If the school faculty/staff will not help you, bring up the words
"sexual harassment"-- that should get their attention. School systems have been sued for failure to prevent this kind of stuff, especially when the person has asked for help.

Always make sure someone is with you when he's around. That way he will probably be hasitent to really do anything, and he may feel intimated. Never be nice to him, be cold as ice.

If you really want to make a stink about it, call the local newspapers, and tell them your being harrased and no one there is doing anything about it! I garentee youll get help!

Also, you can inform your local police dept. and they will make the kid stop!

find someone who'd be willing to break his kneecaps. drop hints that something bad will happen to him if he keeps bothering you, then send the muscle after him if he does. he'll leave you alone after that.

you need to go to the police and file a harassment charge,tell them that your school hasnt done anything about it,also tell your parents again,someone needs to step in and protect your rights.you shouldn't have to be afraid at school.
