How can you feel good aboutyourself in College/Downtown where you are the only different one?

Me( hispanic american who is shy/quiet and doesn't have good speaking skills) vs All the talktative/outgoing americans in college.
When i go visit my old college i feel like a total failure compared to all the ones i see there . Also when i go walking downtown,,,, nobody is like me.. everyone has outgoing social lives. How can i feel any good if there is nothing positive about me in terms of success.. all these talkatives I bet you get jobs easily and me... i'm unemployed and can't even get a simple clerical job even after trying for months. I'm 26 male thanks

Loosen up and, try to be a little more outgoing. Different is good.
