Helen Hunt. She was on Mad About You and in the movie Twister and As Good as it Gets and Castaway.
Why? Because, she had a daughter over two years ago with her boyfriend, named her a Hawaiin name (Makena'Lei which means something like flowers from Heaven) and she either is still pregnant or had her baby. You do not hear from her or her children because she is down to Earth, does 1 movie a year and just lays back to raise her family.
In fact, any actress in Hollywood you see doing a made for t.v. movie or Hollywood movie or Indie film, do interviews about it, then go back to raising their kids and you do not hear from them until the next movie, is a good mother.
I just thought of Helen first. I like her.

Ron Howards mom and dad. ( Ron Howard, from Andy Griffith and Happy Days .. and now a famous, but bald, director). By all reports they are the very best "hollywood" parents ever. Good Luck ! :)

not sure....from what i have read...I would have to say Nicole Kidman....she keeps her children away from the public....she doesn't even hang out with hollywood friends...she likes real people she says....
