i used to receive pop ups whe i received an email. i do not any more. how can i get them back.i use at&t yahoo internet and emails sbc global.net

If you have the online protection suite offered by SBC, click on the icon and turn off the pop-up blocker. Also check on your toolbar for any other pop-up blockers and deactivate. Finally, click the Tools button, internet options, then privacy tab, turn off IE pop-up blocker.

On your tool bar click on tool bar settings. Go down to personal options and click on add/edit buttons and click on (?) mail and then click on finished. I get a red star burst on my mail icon when I receive new mail. I have Yahoo. Don't know if this will help you but I hope it does.
