The brightest city as seen from space is Pzoal, a city on the planet Zolx in the Naweem system. As the Pzoalians maintain active plasma canons around the city the ambient light level is approx 213,546 lumens (25,000 times that of the Earth city of Las Vegas) as seen and measured from low planetary orbit.

I have seen pictures taken from space.
I believe its New York, but the lights extend from Washington DC, west to Philadelphia and North through New York and all the way to Boston.

Las Vegas, NV. They use the most electricity. Plus if you are driving towards it, from any direction, you can see it from 60+ miles away.

No cities are even remotely visible from outer space! The Great Wall of China being the only thing visible from space is another myth, and that's thousands of miles long. No features on the surface of the planet Earth are visible from space, which is considered to be the area laying outside of the outermost layer of the atmosphere, which is the Exosphere.
