Please understand that the morality that Republicans speak of some of us are actually trying to protect. It is not enough to bury your head in the sand and pretend all is fine.. IT IS NOT.

What exactly is the American way. The country is so divided it needs another civil war. The difference is now people are too scared to lose what they have. They believe in a cause but it aint worth dying for. Well you can send someone else to die just not a rich kid.

Did you even read the article?!

First paragraph:
The troops shot 50-year-old Terry Lloyd in the head while he was in a makeshift ambulance, having already been hurt in crossfire, the coroner said.

Makeshift ambulence!
I am sure it was either not marked or marked in such a way as it could have been done by insurgents.

It was a horrible, horrible accident. That happens in war.

So your question is faulty, as is your thinking.

No it is not. Americans are not a perfect people. War is war and journalists surely realized that death is a possibility when you are immersed in it. I think they made a mistake. You will never know the pressures of war unless you have been in one.

It's horrible. However, if journalists go to warzones (which are ugly ugly things) then they're risking their lives. A journalist badge and a "makeshift" ambulance (which is how it's described in the link) isn't going to save you. It's horrible, but I have no illusions what it is like in Iraq.

all of the reporters who go in this region have there papers in order before they go due to the high casualty rates of them in a war cenario,,although this doesn't make it right they are taking there life in there own hands! but let me add something,if your that stupid to get in between a cross fire between our enemy and us you are just plain stupid..the ambulance " what you call it " was a rebel vehical and he was inbeded with the enemy hence no criminal charges..you make me want to puke! you are the ultimate liar and always leave out the important things ,just like cnn and all of the biased networks!
