Companies must abide by various work regulations according to the Department of Labor. It is a Federal violation if they break those laws. Go to www.google.com and type in Department of Labor and your state and find out what is says about the laws that they have broken.

Normally it is actually the employee that sues them in civil court and wins and also has the judge award punitive damages.

So if you have an issue, best chance, hire an attorney and sue

I disagree, Dr who's a time lord and has very practically by no potential undertaken the Jobsworth preparation nescessary for this job. in the absence of Dr Who i could think of it very not likely that anybody enforces this legislations.
