I play volleyball, and like a year ago, i had the best reaction on the team and i feel i'm losing it. are there any exercises to get reaction?

It depends on how aware you are of things. To do this practice a martial art Or You can practice eye hand coordination on certian sports such as basket ball

Have you had any type of closed head injuries? Concussion? Ear infections? What about your blood sugar levels? rule out all phsyiological or biochemical contributors.

Videotape a game, and watch yourself in action. Study your technique. It is helpful to see yourself from another perspective.

Martial arts and rackettball can help your coordination, anticipation, and reflexes, and something like playing darts or archery can help you with your precision.
