Im trying to like find a photo editing website where I can put a frame on my picture or my name on the picture can anyone help

You can do that in Paint, here's what you do:
1. Save the picture in my pictures by right clicking on it if it isn't saved already
2. Go into Paint and go to File and then Open. Find the picture and open it
3. Make the background larger by dragging the right, bottom edge down.
4. Pick the selection tool and select the image and then move it in the middle of the page
5. Color the border whatever color you want
6. Pick the text tool and put your name wherever you want.

well there's photo shop and then u can do it on paint when u find a way 2 do it remember be creative

i like to use power point - you can insert the pic you want and add any text / arrows / speech bubbles / etc .... then go to Save As to save it as a gif or jpg file
