IT is possible she should get a test done. But keep in mind that it could also be her mind playing tricks on her because she is scared. I had a million pregnancy scares when I first lost my virginity. You have heard the term thinking something into reality? It's possible you can actually fake yourself into being sick if you believe it hard enough. nerves can make you throw up and make you miss your period. Nerves do a lot of weird things to our bodies. But it is always possible she could be but she has got to take a test that is the only thing either of you can do at this point and then deal with it from there.
Oh and then tell her, if she isn't pregnant, to make sure she gets on birth control and uses protection so she won't have this problem in the future. Obviously it won't for sure protect against pregnancy but it is a much better bet than just crossing your fingers. Good luck to you for her. If that made sense. I had my daughter at 18 and pregnancy at any age isn't easy.
And ignore the idiots who say to get married. No one should ever get married just because they are pregnant. Feel free to email me if the test turns out positive.

The only thing you can do is be there for comfort and support during this trying time. Taking a pregnancy test would certainly be a good idea -they sell them at drug stores, and maybe take her to a doctor. It is definitely possible to get pregnant the first time you have sex. You should also get the boy involved too. He might as well worry too!
Then after you know, you can think about what your options are. Different kinds of birth control that is available if she isn't pregnant.
Options on whether to have the child, who will raise it, where will they live, etc.
None of these decisions need to be made right away, and will change as circumstances change.

Tell her that you are there for her no matter what happens. She is probably just scared and it could be mental but then again it might be the real ordeal. However, being just two weeks after unprotected sex is too soon for her to be throwing up if she is pregnant the egg is still developing. She can get a pregancy test by now. She should definetly think about her options depending on how old she is and what she wants to do. There are many support groups for her. Also now that she has had sex she needs to see a doctor to get a pap smear done and since it was unprotected to get it done sooner than later to check out for any sexually transmitted diseases. No matter what happens just be the good friend that you are and stick by her.

tell her to calm down. She needs to give it a little time before she freaks out about it. She may be sick because is worried about it. It happens. Give it another week or two, buy a test and then see. Her best bet after that is to go to the doctor.

You need to tell her yes she could very well be pregnant and that she needs to take a pregnancy test to find out. She can either go to a planned parenthood center or go buy an over the counter home pregnancy test. If the result is positive she needs to go see her doctor and start taking prenatal vitamins. If a negative result I suggest you get your friend to go to a planned parenthood or her doctor and get on birth control if she is going to continue having sex.

Well if she's pregnant then help her out (mainly mentally)
whether she's pregnant or not go w/ her to get checked- meaning HIV testin etc. even if the guy looks innocent!
and if she's not then rejoice and be careful next time

To take a pregnancy test!! Sounds like she very well may be pregnant. Good luck to her. Encourage her to talk to her parents, as hard as it may be!

Tell her to talk to her mother. I am a mother of 2 and although I would probably be upset, I would be there for her. She needs to tell her mom.

You should tell her to take a pregnancy test, or take her to a pregnancy clinic and they will test her for free, and give her info.
