I agree with this. When I do this in the morning it prepares me for the rest of my day and navigates my whole day to be a success and any situation arising I handle healthy and rational and practical and with much good sense. When I do it any other time, God has to sift through the goings-on and happenings to get my answers to me; it is like yoga has to work out more from that day or God hears other things instead of what I am saying. He will hear the bad resolution or selfish punishment while I am praising Him. I know beyond doubt that morning is most suitable and it determines the strength and control you personally have as a contribution to your day of your life.

Oh yes, early morning is a wonderful time these things. I do tai chi every morning when I get up, and have a lit candle and incense on my altar during this time. I love watching the slow approach of the daylight.
