What planet are you from? There is no law against being legally drunk unless you try to drive or act out in public. In both cases it should be illegal. Geez...use the brain God gave you!!!!

Technically if you are under the legal limit they cannot arrest you for being drunk. There are a thousand other things they can arrest you for though (Drunk in public, public nuisance, disturbing the piece etc).
