What planet are you from? There is no law against being legally drunk unless you try to drive or act out in public. In both cases it should be illegal. Geez...use the brain God gave you!!!!

You can be legally drunk but over the limit where it is illegal to drive.

Technically if you are under the legal limit they cannot arrest you for being drunk. There are a thousand other things they can arrest you for though (Drunk in public, public nuisance, disturbing the piece etc).

isn't that the stupidest thing ever? it should be illegally drunk in public or illegally drunk driving...i understand your question, i have asked the same one....because you are above the legal limit so you would be illegal then right? GOOD ONE>>>

"Legally drunk" is just one of those oxymorons used so much by society that it has become accepted. Another example is "pretty ugly."

if you are in public - public intoxication
