The best advice for the pimples is to see a dermatologist. If you can't however, you have to find a cleanser that works for you. I can tell you what works for me (Spectro Jel), but that may not work for you because of the various reasons people break out. If you wear bangs, try keeping them off your face - pin them back or brush them to the side. And wash your forehead 2 to 3 times a day. Don't over wash it though! That could cause the skin to dry out, and then you'll get a worse breakout. Don't forget to moisturize as well. A good moisturizer can help your skin clear up. For cleansing, I stay away from anything with oil or soap in it cause it irritates my skin, and for a moisturizer, I use one specially for sensitive skin that doesn't have oil in it either.
As for the contacts, you have to learn to get use to sticking your finger in your eye. When putting one in your left eye, reach over your head with your right hand, and hold your eye open on the top and bottom with your fingers. Then with your right hand, have the contact on the tip of your index finger, and carefully put it on top of your eye's lense, centering it with your iris. Important - make sure the contact is the right way. It should look like a rimless bowl, if the edge of the contact looks like its forming a rim almost, or is slightly outward from the bowl shape, that means the contact is backwards. Flip it the other way before putting it in your eye.

That was my worst spot too. It was mainly caused by my bangs. Oil from my hair. Just wash your face everyday with a cleanser made for acne and keep you bangs
off your forehead if possible. There are all kinds of
products on the market today. I am confused about what
your contacts have to do with your acne but what the hey.

It definitely could be because of what many people have said (oil from your hands and hair, etc.), but something else to watch is what kind of make-up you use. If you use a foundation that is oil based, that definitely isn't helping your situation. Try using water-based or even just using a compact instead of liquid foundation.

Try not touching your face too much with your hands or bedding. try a cleanser that has at least 2% salisydic (spelling?) acid. if you have oily skin try doing a hardening face mask like 2 times a week. and if you still aren't happy with the results, there is a prescription that your doc can give you, it's usually only for extreme cases though.

Do you wear bangs? It could be product from your hair or sweat from your hairline getting onto your skin. When I went to the dermatologist he prescribed some good stuff called Tazorac and Duac gel. Also he told me to wash may hair every night and change pillow cases often.
