He's been on a crusade to destroy the Constitution!

With regards to habeas corpus, a basic right, Bush lost at the US Supreme Court not once, but twice! This goes all the way back to the Magna Carta!

"In Brown v. Vasquez, 952 F.2d 1164, 1166 (9th Cir. 1991), cert. denied, 112 S.Ct. 1778 (1992), the court observed that the Supreme Court has "recognized the fact that`[t]he writ of habeas corpus is the fundamental instrument for safeguarding individual freedom against arbitrary and lawless state action.' Harris v. Nelson, 394 U.S. 286, 290-91 (1969). " Therefore, the writ must be "administered with the initiative and flexibility essential to insure that miscarriages of justice within its reach are surfaced and corrected." Harris, 394 U.S. at 291."

He needs to be impeached!!

You are wrong. American Citizens still have the right to habeus corpus. It's clearly stated in the law.

Well, let's put it this way. He is doing what he has been ordered to do by the evil rulers of this world, the royal, elite Illuminati. The laws are now in place. The New World Order police state is now dawning. One more catastrophic terrorist attack, and/or the outbreak of world war 3 may well be the critical event sparking the declaration of martial law. It doesn't look good.

Only if you are not a U.S. citizen. Section 7 of Bill S.3930 and H.R. 6166, commonly known as the Military Commissions Act of 2006, and passed in both the House and the Senate, only refers to "aliens" not having the right to Habeas Corpus. The actual language of section 7 of said bill is as follows:

SEC. 7. HABEAS CORPUS MATTERS.

(a) In General- Section 2241 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking both the subsection (e) added by section 1005(e)(1) of Public Law 109-148 (119 Stat. 2742) and the subsection (e) added by added by section 1405(e)(1) of Public Law 109-163 (119 Stat. 3477) and inserting the following new subsection (e):

`(e)(1) No court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed by or on behalf of an alien detained by the United States who has been determined by the United States to have been properly detained as an enemy combatant or is awaiting such determination.

`(2) Except as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3) of section 1005(e) of the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005 (10 U.S.C. 801 note), no court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider any other action against the United States or its agents relating to any aspect of the detention, transfer, treatment, trial, or conditions of confinement of an alien who is or was detained by the United States and has been determined by the United States to have been properly detained as an enemy combatant or is awaiting such determination.'.

(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act, and shall apply to all cases, without exception, pending on or after the date of the enactment of this Act which relate to any aspect of the detention, transfer, treatment, trial, or conditions of detention of an alien detained by the United States since September 11, 2001.

Hope this clears the matter up for you.

Just wait untill he gets his trial for crimes against humanity.
I'm sure he'll have second thoughts then.
Shame, there's nothing like experience.
Or, should I say, what goes around, comes around.
