Are they LEECHES or SLUGS (the slimy things that leave a trail of slime behind) Leeches are usually black and slim and live in water . If they are the slimy things GREEN LIGHT makes a snail and slug bait that is very good. Follow directions on package. If they look like leeches and are very thin and slightly brown they could be Blood Worms.Or nightncrawlers

The easiest thing to do is to put a thick line of rock salt all the way around your porch. They won't cross the salt.

Sounds like slugs. They're harmless, unless you're a cabbage, but they're nasty looking. Salt burns them, so salt around the edges of your porch.

I know salt kills slugs and leeches I think are slimy like slugs. Try it and see if it works.

hi... leaches hate salt...sprinkle it around the base of your porch the night before... or around the outer edge of the porch... i know it sounds like voo doo or something but i hear it works!!!
