What reasons are there for divorce?? I agree with you, because, (1) that is something that a couple should have talked about before they got married and (2) that is something that is not always in their control. Some people agree to let God decide and then end up with 12 kids AND are very happy about it.

Wow, are you looking for a way out?
If your unhappy, with the number of un born children, maybe you should not have any. If the divorce word comes up now,
your better to move on now, so your children wont suffer, latter.

Yeah, it is a reason, but it should be something you discuss before jumping into marriage. No matter how many kids you have...the main weight of having a kid seems to always fall on the mother--if he is a 'half time dad' particularly.

In some states, If you discussed it and "mislead" your partner about your feelings yes it can.

Even things like sexual appetite have been used as legal reasons for divorce.

irreconcilable differences is irreconcilable differences. this may include but not limited to....not taking the trash out every wednesday night, not putting the toilet seat down, not seeing the doctor about a really stinky case of athlete's foot, being on your myspace account for more than ten minutes, looking at a skinnier female for more then 2 seconds, eating some other woman's food, not preforming oral sex......

ouch....writer's block.

Actually it's a reason to NOT get married in the first place...this should have been agreed upon BEFORE the wedding.

Every state is different. You can pretty much get a divorce for whatever reason you want.

No, but its a good excuse. I will save this one somewhere, just in case.

jokes aside, you should both have one or better yet: lease one for the weekend (offer to free babysit a relative's kid or a friend's kid) after that weekend you will both agree, believe me

Didnt you discuss this before getting married? If you did and now he changed his mind it could be fraud(married under false pretenses) or just plain old irreconcilable differences.
