Your computer hates you. This is its passive-aggressive way of telling you that.
I realize that's totally useless, but doesn't it feel that way? It's probably a memory issue, but you do want to make sure there isn't some nasty virus hanging around. There's also some good general advice at the link below. Hope you find a solution. This definitely sounds annoying.

When playing games? like using high end graphix can shut down your pc, or u have something wrong with your power supply.

It could be a memory dump. It's where all of your memory had been used up and it's been forced to clear it up and did so by rebooting.
