Start Isaac Bruce. His 100 yard performance against Detroit was the 40th of his hall-of-fame career and with Torry Holt on the other side, he receives secondary attention while still being an explosive WR. The Seahawks secondary was scorched alive against Chicago in their last game, and the Rams pose an even larger challenge with a division lead at stake. Furthermore, the Rams have a balanced attack with a strong running game to open up the pass for Bulger.
Deion is still learning and being integrated in the Seahawk offense after coming over from the Patriots. While the Rams secondary is equally in disarray, expecting a breakout game from Branch is certainly less probable than the guaranteed production you can expect from Isaac Bruce this Sunday.
With the Seahawks playing the backup RB, and the Rams needing plenty of help with inexperienced cornerbacks, you can expect the Rams to ignore the run and play pass defense most of this game.

The answer to this question is Deion Branch. With the loss of Shaun Alexander, the Seahawks are going to have to go to the air, and that means that Branch, Jackson, and Stevens are going to get alot of work...until Alexander comes back. Bruce is still a good receiver, but I wouldn't bring him on except for a bye week replacement. I brought Bruce on one week...against the Packers even...and got nothing out of him. So, Deion Branch is the one I would go with.

You definitely want to go with Issac Bruce. You can't go wrong with either one, but Seattle's D will be focusing on not letting Torry Holt beat them, so they'll single cover Bruce all day.
