newegg is the best I've used.... there is also tigerdirect.com though watch out for their mail in rebates, my friend never got his for a processor he bought through them
ZipZoomFly.com is also decent, some parts are cheaper here while others are a little more expensive

It depends. I have always shopped at either Fry's Electronics (only in California) or go to computer shows. If you are in the Los Angeles area, they have the computer fair once a month in various places (like the Pomona Fairplex, or in Costa Mesa). Anyway, you can always haggle with the price and most are wholesale importers so they sell stuff cheap. You will not believe how cheap the prices are at the computer shows.

Try using froogle.google.com. It uses the google search engine to search a ton of different sites to find the best price. Other than that, tigerdirect.com is good and so is ewiz.com.
