It`s a simple question but not always easy to answer. You should present a survey if your purpose is to gather info for statistical perspectives. There are so many religions. I was raised as a non-practicing Roman Catholic and became a member of an Evangelical church at age 35... but neither really satisfied my spiritual needs. So, as a 58 year-old man, I am on my own... I believe that there is a Supreme Deity but I cannot submit my will to earthly religious groups. Religion is a man-made concept, God has no religion preferences.

Interesting question! My religion is my heart. Life, as I see it, is defined by the decisions one makes. If you use your heart for that purpose rather than your head, you will have peace of mind, which (peace of mind) in my book is what all the religions in the world are aiming to achieve for the common man. So long as one's conscience is clear at all times, it does not matter what particular religion the person belongs to......in fact, he is practicing all the religions.

I don't belong to any organized religion. I am not an atheist, I don't belong to any group but i can live with everybody. They cannot put me in a prison, I am free (psychologically) I am a human being. I don't rely on any authority that tells they know god or goodness, they just want to control people and everything. They keep on telling people that they know god or goodness and everybody doesn't know. In reality what they know is to manipulate people to their own selfish mentality. Those who believed made their mind limited because of fear.

I am a free thinking protestant.

In other words, I do not simply listen to the pulpit, but rather read, search, and discover for myself.
I am also learning of the Rosicrucian Order.
(VERY INTERESTING)

Hmmmm....

It seems so easy to jump into one category or another. Does that make me a follower of the faith?

I do not know, and if I did "know," could I communicate my belief through words/symbols?

Why do you want to know? I am Mormon (in other words LDS or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints).
